Mission Statement  


The focus of the girls houseleague program is to create an environment which is fun and safe as well as one that provides all the girls with the opportunity to learn and apply the key skills of the game.

Equitable playing time will be emphasized over winning. The girls will be given the chance to play all the positions. All decisions taken by the coaches will focus on this.

Games will be played with each team having the same number of players on the field at a time, taking into consideration adequate subs for both teams.

OWL Elite Club!  


This year the OWL will be starting up an "OWL ELITE" team for players aged 15 and under. Some details follow:

  • Year long development program (from March until December) meeting once/month
  • Tryouts will be at the end of March and first week of April (dates and registration forms will be advertised soon)
  • Team will attend 2 US tournaments, and several Ontario events but there will be no conflicts with the OWL leagues
  • Coaching Applications due February 19th
  • Coaching Staff will be announced February 26th

Workout Sessions

Tuesday May 11 6-8pm - Grading Sessions All Participants

Tuesday May 18 6:30 to-8:15 pm - Skills Session All Participants

Houseleague skills followed by games officially begins Tuesday May 25th: 6:30PM - 7:15PM (skills) and 7:15PM - 8:00PM (games)

Note:   All players must be registered prior to any participation.  This is an OLA requirement and insurance requirement. 

Please wear a good pair of running shoes for all tryouts
